Blister Filling Inspection

The CLB system provides a comprehensive range of inspections to ensure blister integrity, including product presence/absence, color verification, area and perimeter analysis, dimensional checks, notch detection, as well as identification of foreign objects and stains.

 The CLB-AI version is also available, incorporating Artificial Intelligence for advanced inspection of sealed blisters.

From white PVC*, transparent PVC, and aluminum to capsules, tablets, softgels, and multilayer products.

*Optional SWIR camera inspection available for white blister control.

High Resolution and High Speed

High-resolution color GigE cameras, capable of processing over 600 images per minute.

Regulatory Standards and Compliance

To meet the most demanding regulatory requirements, we offer an optional module fully aligned with 21 CFR Part 11 and Annex 11, ensuring compliance and data integrity throughout every inspection.
