System that allows surface water to be removed from flexible containers (tubs, doypack, trays, etc.) from the sides, top and bottom in a continuous process, enabling subsequent operations such as packaging or labelling of the products.
AirDryer Tray offers a perfect solution for drying problems with any type of flexible packaging, whether tubs, doy packs, trays, etc. The drying system for flexible packaging stands out for its small size compared to other systems. Its total length of 1600 mm makes it a perfect system for all types of production lines.
In drying systems for flexible packaging, the blower is located at the top for greater insulation from noise and external agents, and the drying components provide perfect drying on both the top and bottom of the packaging. The system cabin incorporates a washable acoustic insulation interior lining, access doors with safety glass, and inlet and outlet baffles.
Depending on customer requirements, the systems can be:
*RM system: Open drying system.
*EL System: Semi-closed drying system that includes motor panelling.
Reduces the acoustic impact of the motor to levels in accordance with regulations.
Increases motor protection with a second filter.
**LNL System: Fully enclosed drying system.
Reduces overall acoustic impact to levels in accordance with regulations.
Increases motor protection with the second filter.
Prevents splashing and allows water collection.
*The acoustic levels of the RM and EL systems can be between 85 and 889 dB(A).
**Fully enclosed systems are typically between 75 and 80 dB(A), depending on the power rating and velocity.
Removes moisture from all sides of the container (top, bottom and sides), ensuring products are ready for packaging or labelling.
Available in RM (open), EL (semi-closed) and LNL (fully closed) versions according to requirements.
Our drying solution surpasses compressed air in terms of effectiveness and safety, offering greater flow at the same power and superior energy efficiency that allows for savings of up to 90% in operating costs. It also has a robust, panelised structure that strictly complies with acoustic regulations (<85 dB).
