Ethics Channel

At Bcnvision Group, we firmly believe in the importance of fostering a safe, ethical, equal and trustworthy environment for all our employees, customers and partners.

For this reason, we have implemented a solid Ethics & Compliance Channel—a space where any potential breach or irregularity within the organisation can be reported, as outlined in Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of individuals who report regulatory infringements and anti-corruption matters.

WHAT ISSUES CAN BE REPORTED?

You can use the Ethics & Compliance Channel to report any facts that you believe may constitute a breach of legal regulations, the Ethical Code, or any internal policies in force, such as:

  • Fraud and corruption-related conduct
  • Conduct related to workplace health, safety and hygiene
  • Discrimination and workplace harassment
  • Information security and data protection violations
  • Market abuse or securities-related misconduct
  • Anti-competitive practices
  • Conduct contrary to human rights or environmental harm
  • Other possible criminal or administrative infringements

MAIN FEATURES

Confidentiality: We understand that confidentiality is essential to encourage people to file reports. We guarantee absolute confidentiality throughout the entire process and protect the whistleblower’s identity to the extent permitted by law. Anonymous reporting is available.

Impartial investigation process: Once a report is submitted, our team of experts will thoroughly investigate the matter objectively and diligently, in accordance with internal policies and applicable legislation. Throughout the entire process, the rights of all parties involved will be respected, particularly the presumption of innocence.

Protection against retaliation: We do not tolerate any form of retaliation against individuals who report in good faith. We are committed to safeguarding the rights and integrity of anyone who raises concerns. Disciplinary action will be taken against any individual who retaliates against a whistleblower.

Resolution and follow-up: Once the investigation is complete, we will take the necessary actions to address the issue and, where possible, implement corrective measures to prevent future violations. We are also committed to keeping the whistleblower informed about the progress and outcome of their report, whenever possible and permitted by law.

  • Select the corresponding channel
  • Write your message with as much detail as possible. You may attach images and documents
  • Identify yourself or select the anonymous option. In both cases, you must accept the Privacy Policy
  • You will receive a unique ID code and password, which you must keep to follow the communication via a secure chat
  • To check new messages or provide more information, enter the code and password in “Access a previous click”

Important:

This Ethics & Compliance Channel is not an emergency service. Do not use it to report situations involving immediate threats. In such cases, contact local authorities and the appropriate emergency channels.
